I wrote and recorded “Scrub Your Hands n Cross Your Fingers” two months into the COVID-19 plague, before we knew WTF-19 we were dealing with.

“When Will It End If Not Parkland?” My longtime collaborator — rap trumpet troubadour Chris Elliott — and I started writing this protest song in my kitchen after the February 2018 school shooting in Parkland, Fla. Chris finished it off and then crushed it in this live version several nights later.
